We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Yessenya is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on a case by case basis - see full return policy ——> here

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

All participants must sign a liability waiver at the time of the workshop. Failure to sign may result in denial of participation without refund. See Release of Liability waiver ——> here

workshop Cancellation Policy

  • Customer cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by contacting info@yessenya.com

  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops; in such cases, a refund will be offered
