Each Yessenya piece is made with love and care and that’s how we will provide customer service. If you are unhappy with your item, please reach out and we will find a solution.
Exchanges:
Due to our use of dead-stock fabrics, some exchanges may be unavailable. Please contact us for availability.
Returns:
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis.
Frequent returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee and future orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
Return shipping is non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipment. Adding delivery confirmation to your return shipment is recommended.

WORKSHOP cancellation policy
All participants must sign a liability waiver at the time of the workshop. Failure to sign may result in denial of participation without refund. See Release of Liability waiver ——> here
